Yathisai is made as a film that tells the story of Pandya king Ranathiran. It is not a complete history but a partial history.
Ranathira Pandyan defeats empires and small kingdoms in war. The losers of the war are displaced and dispossessed and live in the desert as hunter-gatherers.
