Produced by Handmade Films, Inimey Ippadithan has Santhanam, Ashna and Akila as heroines while Thambi Ramiah, Aadukalam Naren and FEFSI Vijayan play prominent roles.
The movie begins with an astrologer warning the parents of Cheenu (Santhanam) that if he does not get married within three months, he might never tie the knot. The parents begins their search to find him a wife which leads to hilarity and drama.
While Cheenu manages to win the heart of Maha (Ashna Zaveri), his family pushes him into an engagement with Akhila (Akhila). The rest is all but how Cheenu with the help of his uncle (Thambi Ramiah) tries to set things right. There is an intersting twist in the climax.
Santhanam is the backbone of the film. The two leading ladies look cute and are adequate. Thambi Ramiah manages to make you laugh with his antics. Aadukalam Naren and VTV Ganesh are okay.
Santhosh Dhayanidhi’s music adds strength to the movie. On the whole, the movie has a message to youngsters.
