During the British rule, the British officer Robert and his son Justin are oppressing the villagers in the forested countryside of Madras province. Justin hunts every single young woman in the town. No one dared to knock him. The landlord in the village is raising his daughter in the house without anyone knowing especially Justin. Knowing this, Justin dares to Rape Zameen’s daughter. Meanwhile, the Treaty of Independence of India is signed. Thinking that the people under his control will not respect him if they know it, Robert tries to hide the fact that he got freedom from the villagers. Meanwhile the son of Robert is killed. Hearing this, Robert is shocked and rushes to shoot and kill the villagers. The climax answers what happened next.Although the story takes place somewhere in a hill village, the brutality of slavery and back-scratching torture inflicted on the people by the British spread the horror.
Gautham Karthik plays the role of Paraman, a house servant of Zameen. Even though he tries to act in some scenes, his stuttering English dialogue is a stumbling block.Cutting off the leg of justin who strangles his lover is an unexpected shock. Pugazh who used to act in laughing and coping characters, delivers maximum performance in this one. The fame that is trying to cut off the whiteness of his tongue so that he does not reveal the information about his freedom is trying in various ways to reveal that information somehow.
