Magic Collars Campaign is an Initiative to put Reflective Collars to community Animals by Provoke Magazine in association with People For Cattle In India (PFCI). India, is home to 50 million stray Dogs & Cattle. With the rise in numbers, the chances of them being a road kill increases significantly. A survey and research conducted by PFCI and other volunteers, found most of the road kills happen due to visibility problems. On the basis of this research, Provoke Magazine & PFCI have decided to put reflective collars to save Dogs & Cattle from being killed.
The first phase of the campaign started the distribution of 1000 Collars each for both Dogs & Cattle by actress Niki Galrani. AnimalsActivists may reach out to Provoke magazine / PFCI to collect the Collars for the Animals in their neighbourhood.
Several Stars from the Tamil film industry and influencers have come forward to support the event. The Provoke Pet party witness actor Ganesh Venkataraman, Jayanth Murali IPS, Mrs. Jayanthi State Human Rights department and Actress Niki Galrani as special guest and a special guest performance by Aishwarya Suresh. The star studded evening will also have pet relevant games, discussions & awareness sessions in a carnival atmosphere.
The event had a few interesting contests for the pets . Chocolate the overall prize for the pet contests.
