Vasu (Rio Raj) and Manu (Gopika Ramesh) become friends. At one point, Manu, who loves Vasu, asks him to marry her. Vasu does not agree to it. This leads to a conflict between them. Manu then reveals she is pregnant and asks for marriage. Vasu, refusing, tells her to terminate the pregnancy. The climax explains where this conflict leads, with a sentimental touch.
Rio Raj, seen so far in a different light, appears as another Romeo in this film.Gopika plays Rio’s love interest. Both act closely and intimately with each other.
After the incident between them, the sequence of Rio running to the doctor to terminate the pregnancy covers most of the film.A reason is given as to why Rio Raj says he cannot marry. Although it might be annoying, it is somewhat acceptable.
As a friend of Rio, a 10-minute cameo by Arunachaleswarar is used for comedy. Otherwise, Gopika Ramesh’s family, including a little troublemaker, remains indoors for most of the film.Yuvan Shankar Raja produced the film and composed special music.Balaji Subramaniam’s cinematography is clear.
Debut director Sweenith S. rolls out a single line into a film. While the first half revolves around a single point, causing weariness, with some editing, the second half has the potential to be emotionally impactful for the audience.
