In a single film, there are 5 stories crafted in a world where colors change.
The elderly parents Bharathiraja and Vadivukkarasi have two sons but they neglect their parents and leave them suffering in hunger. What happens to them is the story. In addition, there is a tale of a mother who is sent to an old age home and becomes a mother figure to an auto driver, and another of a son who struggles to save his cancer-stricken mother by seeking loans. The film is woven with such stories.
All the stories almost revolve around motherly sentiment, offering many emotional scenes that appeal to women.
Seeing Bharathiraja and Vadivukkarasi being ignored by their sons yet maintaining their love as husband and wife and comforting each other is heartwarming.
Similarly, the mother-son affection between Tulasi and Sandy, and the sentiments of Rio Raj and Aadhira are touching.
