Varalakshmi, Magad, Santhosh Pratap, Yasar and Vivek are all friends who grew up in the ashram. Varalakshmi is a police officer. One day, a school girl was kidnapped by a gang of thugs and kept in a cocoon when she was coming home at night after a long day of work. Seeing this, Mahath took a video and went to the Maruti Nagar police station and reported it. The inspector goes there and joins the gang of villains to kill Mahatma. Knowing this, friends including Varalakshmi plan to kill the inspector and the leader of the rowdy gang. The story is whether this plan worked. Varalakshmi Sarathkumar has played the role of a police officer. But the appearance of the police was not dignified. Among his friends, he dies in great grief. Like Santosh Pratap acted for friendship. Others’ performances are okay. Aarav shines as the investigating officer who investigates the murder. He conveys feelings through his eyes. It turned out to be a good film for him. He took advantage of the opportunity. His back story is shocking to us. The first part of the screenplay is slow going. The second half goes briskly with a good twist. Cinematography by Shekhar Chandra is good. Preeti’s editing is perfect. Manikandan’s background score does justice to the suspense film. Amit Bhargav who played the role of Inspector and director Subramania Siva who played the role of Rowdy are superb. Hats off to the director for attempting a suspense thriller based around a police station.
