Music – Gibran, Cinematography – Mathesh Manickam, Editor – Dinesh Ponraj, Art Director – S.Iyyappan, the work of technical artists have effectively handled the scenes of the film and the incidents happening on the boat in the sea.

Boat is an abbreviation of the English word based on a True Incident in this film which is adapted from two English novels. As the film moves around the boat, the dialogues occupy more than the interesting scenes. Director Simbudevan tries to give a smooth journey of people's selfishness by relating the current events with the events of that period, North Indian and South Indian discrimination, language problem, caste religious difference, freedom quest, extremism and so on. All in all, the bot, produced by Prabha Premkumar on behalf of Mali and Manvi Movie Makers, Simbudevan Entertainment, struggles to navigate through many hurdles without sinking.
