Debutant Music director Sam C.S . is scoring the music . Dinesh krishnan is the Director of Photography for ‘ Mellisai. The first call i made to , after Vijay sethupathy alotted me bulk dates after listening to the script in random was to Dinesh krishnan only . He gave me the assurance , and subsequently the speedy work. The professionolism he displayed during the shooting days was amazing . It looks as if only now i had narrated the script to Vijay sethupathy , and now we are on the verge of completing the movie .
Vijay sethupathy has got an amazing gifted talent . He remembers the script as best as the writer does , and it is evident in the improvisations from frame to frame . Gayathri is paired opposite him . Her perfomance in this film will give you no other alternative suggestion to this character shae had played . வித்தியாசமான கதை களங்களில் ஜொலிக்கும் விஜய் சேதுபதி , சமீபத்தில் தான் கேட்டு வியந்த கதை என்று எல்லோரிடமும் பாராட்டும் ‘ மெல்லிசை’ படத்தின் இயக்குனர் ரஞ்ஜித் ஜெயக்கொடி .இயக்குனர் ராமிடம் இணை இயக்குனராக பணியாற்றிய இவர் இந்த படத்தில் இயக்குனராக அறிமுகமாகிறார் .
‘ நவீனமாக்கபட்ட நகர வாழ்வின் சிக்கலை சொல்லும் கதை .இந்த நகரத்தை எதனை பேர் கவனிக்கிறார்கள் என்று தெரியாது .ஆனால் இந்த நகரம் ஏதோ வகையில் அனைவரையும் கவனித்துக் கொண்டுதான் இருக்கிறது . இந்த நகரத்துக்கு கழுகு கண்கள் . இங்கு எல்லோரும் சுவராஸ்யமாக , வாழ்கிறோம் ஆனால் நிம்மதியாகவும் , சுதந்திரமாகவும் வாழ்கிறோமா’ என்பது தான் இந்த கதையின் கரு’ என்றார்
படத்தின் தலைப்பை பற்றி பேசும் போது ‘ மெல்லிசை என்பது மேலும் மேலும் கேட்க தூண்டும் சுகமான இசை வடிவம் , மேலும் இந்த படத்தின் கதாபாத்திரங்கள் இசை சம்பந்த பட்டவர்கள் .அதுவே ‘ மெல்லிசை ‘ என விளக்கம் அளித்தார் . இசைக்கும் , நவீன கதை அமைப்புக்கும் களமாக அமையும் ‘ மெல்லிசை ‘ படத்தின் இசை அமைப்பாளர் சாம் C .S என்னும் அறிமுக இசை அமைப்பாளர் ஆவார் . ஒளிபதிவாளர் தினேஷ் கிருஷ்ணன் , ‘ விஜய் சேதுபதி இந்த கதையை எதேச்சையாக கேட்ட மாத்திரத்தில் கால்ஷீட் தர ஒப்பு கொண்ட பின் நான் பேசியது தினேஷிடம் தான் , அவர் கொடுத்த நம்பிக்கையும் அதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக படப்பிடிப்பில் காட்டிய வேகமும் பிரமாதம் . இப்போதுதான் கதை சொன்ன மாதிரி இருக்கிறது , இதோ படப்பிடிப்பு இறுதிகட்ட பணிகளில் இருக்கிறது .கதாசிரியனை போலவே கதையை பற்றி தெளிவாக தெரிந்து வைத்து இருக்கும் நாயகன் விஜய் சேதுபதியுடன் ஜோடியாக காயத்ரி நடித்து உள்ளார் . இந்த கதாபாத்திரத்துக்கு வேறு எவரையும் சிந்திக்க விடாமல் செய்து இருக்கிறார் என்று படத்தை பார்த்து நிச்சயம் சொல்லலாம் . ரெபெல் ஸ்டுடியோஸ் சார்பில் தீபன் பூபதி , மற்றும் ரெதேஷ் வேலு தயாரிக்கும் ‘ மெல்லிசை’ நிச்சயம் எல்லோருடைய கவனத்தையும் ஈர்க்கும் படமாக இருக்கும் என்று கூறுகிறார் இயக்குனர் ரஞ்ஜித் ஜெயக்கொடி .
