Samuthirakani makes sure that his movies Speak loud on issues that needs attention of society.
He has gathered guts to ensure Thondan from his hut has enough to educate and entertain masses. A national award winning actor hebringsout whattbe director in him wants well. Besides Samuthirakani, the movie has Vignesh and Sunaina playing key roles. Also in the cast is Namo Narayanan, Gnanasambandhan and cameos by Thambi Ramiah and Soori.
The movie revolves around Samuthirakani. He plays Vishnu, who gives up his job in the army and turns an ambulance driver. There is a reason for his act. He had lost his mother in an accident because the ambulance couldn’t reach on time to the hospital. He is emotional to his ambulance. Meanwhile there is Vignesh (Vikranth). He is an alcoholic who tortures his sister Mahisha Soora Parthini (Arthana) in the name of love.
But Vishnu’s honesty and kind-hearted-approach earn him the enmity of local politician’s son Mandiri Narayanan (Namo Narayanan) after saving the life of the latter’s enemy with his ambulance. Now Vishnu and Narayanan fights.
Samuthirakani aa usual sparkles. He is at his best. Vikranth is apt but gets less opportunity. Sunaina is good and has enough scope to perform.
The movie is an entertainer but carries strong message.
