‘Thittam Poattu Thirudura Kootam’, a film on the most popular game and the happenings around the film, shot a very important sequence of the film involving all the artiste including The Hero “Kayal” Chandran and heroine Satna Titus along with more than a head count of two thousand artiste were there working relentlessly nonstop for three days to in a specially erected sets that resembled the best the cricketing grounds in the world.
“Half the battle is won for the concept if the location of the prescribed scene is “Created” in a perfect mode. I am thankful to my production designer Remiyan for executing such a hard job with perfection and also to my producers PS Raghunathan of TwoMovieBuffs and Prabhu Venkatachalam of Across films for supporting me to execute my ideas. They provided what ever that is demanded for the shooting without any slightest hesistation. The outcome is indeed very impressive

பிரபல விளையாட்டையும், திரைப்படத்தை சுற்றி நடக்கும் சம்பவங்களையும் மையமாக கொண்டு உருவாகி வரும் திரைப்படம் ‘திட்டம் போட்டு திருடுற கூட்டம்’. சமீபத்தில் இந்த படக்குழுவினர் தங்கள் படத்தின் மிக முக்கிய காட்சியை திட்டம் போட்டு மிக பிரம்மாண்ட முறையில் படமாக்கி இருக்கின்றனர்…இந்த காட்சிக்காக கதாநாயகன் கயல் சந்திரன், கதாநாயகி சாட்னா டைட்டஸ் ஆகியோருடன் இணைந்து இரண்டாயிரத்திற்கும் அதிகமான நடிகர்கள் பங்கேற்று நடித்திருப்பது வெகு சிறப்பு. எந்தவித இடைவேளையும் இன்றி தொடர்ந்து மூன்று நாட்கள் நடைபெற்ற இந்த படப்பிடிப்பானது பிரத்தியேகமாக அமைக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு பிரம்மாண்ட கிரிக்கெட் மைதானத்தில் நடைபெற்றது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. உலகில் உள்ள சிறந்த கிரிக்கெட் மைதானத்தை போலவே, இந்த மாதிரி மைதான அரங்கம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டிருப்பது, ரசிகர்களின் எதிர்பார்ப்பை அதிகளவில் அதிகரித்து இருக்கிறது.
“ஒரு காட்சிக்கு தேவையான இடமும், அரங்கமும் சரியாக அமைந்துவிட்டால், நிச்சயமாக அது அந்த திரைப்படத்தின் வெற்றிக்கு வழி வகுக்கும்… அப்படி ஒரு பிரம்மாண்ட மாதிரி மைதானத்தை திட்டம் போட்டு அமைத்து தந்திருக்கிறார் எங்களின் கலை இயக்குனர் ரெமியன். இதற்கு பக்கபலமாய் விளங்கிய எங்கள் படத்தின் தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் பி எஸ் ரகுநாதன் (‘டூ மூவிபஃஃப்ஸ்’) மற்றும் பிரபு வெங்கடாச்சலம் (‘அக்ராஸ் பிலிம்ஸ்’) ஆகியோருக்கு எனது மனமார்ந்த நன்றிகளை தெரிவித்து கொள்கிறேன்…படப்பிடிப்பிற்கு தேவைப்படும் அனைத்தையும் எந்த வித மறுப்பும் இல்லாமல் அவர்கள் எங்களுக்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்து கொடுத்து வருகின்றனர்… இந்த பிரம்மாண்ட மாதிரி மைதானமானது அனைவரிடத்திலும் நல்ல வரவேற்பை பெற்று இருப்பது மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருக்கின்றது…
தற்போது எங்கள் படத்தின் படப்பிடிப்பானது வெற்றிகரமாக நிறைவு பெற்று இருக்கிறது… இதனை தொடர்ந்து, எப்படி எங்கள் படத்தை தொழில் நுட்ப ரீதியாக மேலும் மெருகேற்றலாம் என்று திட்டம் போட்டு வருகிறோம்….” என்று உற்சாகமாக கூறினார் ‘திட்டம் போட்டு திருடுற கூட்டம்’ படத்தின் இயக்குனர் சுதர்.
