As the festive season approaches the wardrobes are all geared up to face the stock building going by the trend. The latest in this trend is Sivakarthikeyan’s REMO costumes .The young girls are eagerly searching for the skirt of ‘Marilyn Monroe’ aka ‘Nurse Sivakarthikeyan’ skirt. The creator behind these dazzling costumes is Anu Parthasarathy, the Costume designer of REMO.
Costume designers help to paint each “frame” of the film. “A designer’s challenge is to realize the director’s vision and to bring that script (and that moment) to the screen…” starts Anu Parthasarathy in a brisk tone. “I am very much happy to see that our REMO is receiving huge positive response from the Audience…” she added.
“We can see Sivakarthikeyan in two characters… One is a new age modern guy and the other one is a beautiful nurse. Nurse character is my most favorite and it is quite a challenging for me…It is not that much easy to portray a man in woman profile, but with the support of my entire REMO team I did it…I have worked on minute details like buttons in the skirt and accessories like baby pearl pendent to portray in more realistic way…
Sivakarthikeyan is such a wonderful coordinating artist. He will sit patiently for hours, especially for the costume designing… Smiling in the tougher situation is the real beauty of Sivakarthikeyan. Keerthy Suresh is an absolute delight to work with. Her adaptability to any costume will take her to places beyond linguistic barriers. The Director Bakkiyaraj Kannan creates situations for every technician to excel and this is reflected in every frame. பண்டிகை காலங்கள் நெருங்கி வந்து கொண்டிருக்க, புதுரக ஆடைகளும், அலங்கார அணிகலன்களும் கடை வீதியில் குவிந்த வண்ணம் இருக்கின்றது. அவற்றுள் அதிகமாக இளைஞர்களால் தேடப்படுவது, ரெமோ படத்தில் சிவகார்த்திகேயன் அணிந்திருக்கும் மாடர்ன் ஆடைகள் தான். ஆண்கள் மட்டுமின்றி இளம் பெண்களும் ‘ரெமோ’ படத்தில் சிவகார்த்திகேயன் அணிந்திருக்கும் ‘மார்லின் மன்ரோ’ ஸ்கர்ட்டை தேடி கொண்டிருக்கின்றனர் என்பதை உறுதியாகவே சொல்லலாம். பார்த்தவுடன் கண்களை கவரும் இத்தகைய அற்புதமான ஆடைகளை வடிவமைத்தவர், ‘ரெமோ’ படத்தின் ஆடை வடிவமைப்பாளர் அனு பார்த்தசாரதி என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
படத்தின் ஒவ்வொரு காட்சியையும் மெருகேற்றும் வலிமை ஆடை வடிவமைப்பாளருக்கு இருக்கின்றது. “இயக்குனரின் சிந்தனையை புரிந்து கொண்டும். கதாபாத்திரத்தை நினைவில் வைத்து கொண்டும் ஆடைகள் வடிவமைப்பதே ஒரு சிறந்த ஆடை வடிவமைப்பாளருக்கு அழகு. எங்களின் ‘ரெமோ’ திரைப்படம் ரசிகர்களிடம் அமோக வரவேற்பை பெற்று வருவதை பார்க்கும் பொழுது எனக்கு எல்லையற்ற மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருக்கிறது….”
ரெமோ படத்தில் சிவகார்த்திகேயனை இரண்டு கதாபாத்திரங்களில் பார்க்கலாம். ஒன்று, இந்த காலத்திற்கேற்ற மாடர்ன் இளைஞன் கதாபாத்திரம்… மற்றொன்று அழகான செவிலியர் கதாபாத்திரம்… இதில் செவிலியர் வேடத்திற்கு ஆடை வடிவமைப்பது தான் எனக்கு மிகுந்த சவாலாக இருந்தது…பொதுவாகவே ஒரு ஆணை பெண்ணாக தோற்றுவிப்பது அவ்வளவு எளிதான காரியம் இல்லை…ஆனால் எங்கள் ரெமோ படத்தின் ஒட்டுமொத்த படக்குழுவினரின் உதவியால் இந்த பணியை என்னால் வெற்றிகரமாக செய்து முடிக்க முடிந்தது…..இந்த கதாபாத்திரமானது யதார்த்தமாக அமைய, செவிலியர் ஆடை மீது இருக்கும் பட்டன், பெண்கள் விரும்பி அணியும் அலங்கார நகை போன்ற சிறு சிறு விஷயங்களில் நான் கவனம் செலுத்தி இருக்கிறேன்….
“தொழில் நுட்ப கலைஞர்களுக்கு தன்னுடைய முழு ஒத்துழைப்பையும் கொடுக்கும் ஒரு நடிகர் சிவகார்த்திகேயன்…கடினமான தருணங்களிலும் புன்னகைக்கும் மனோபாவம் படைத்தவர் அவர். அதே போல் கீர்த்தி சுரேஷுடன் இணைந்து பணியாற்றுவதில் எனக்கு எல்லையற்ற மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருக்கின்றது… எந்த கலாச்சார ஆடையாக இருந்தாலும் சரி, அது கீர்த்தி சுரேஷிற்கு கன கச்சிதமாக பொருந்தும்…. அது தான் அவருடைய முக்கியமான சிறப்பம்சம். ஒவ்வொரு தொழில் நுட்ப கலைஞர்களின் திறமையும் ‘ரெமோ’ படத்தின் அனைத்து காட்சிகளிலும் பிரதிபலிக்குமாறு செய்திருக்கிறார் இயக்குனர் பாக்யராஜ் கண்ணன். எனக்கு பக்கபலமாய் இருந்த தயாரிப்பாளர் ஆர் டி ராஜா சார், பி சி ஸ்ரீராம் சார் மற்றும் அற்புதமான கலை இயக்குனர் முத்துராஜ் சாருக்கு என்னுடைய மனமார்ந்த நன்றிகளை தெரிவித்து கொள்கிறேன்….வருகின்ற பண்டிகை கால விடுமுறை நாட்களில் ரசிகர்களின் மகிழ்ச்சியை நிச்சயமாக எங்களின் ரெமோ திரைப்படம் இரட்டிப்பாக்கும்….” என்று நம்பிக்கையுடன் கூறுகிறார் ரெமோ படத்தின் ஆடை வடிவமைப்பாளர் அனு பார்த்தசாரதி
