Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc., a leading residential mortgage services provider in the United States with approximately 2.5 million customers, announced the launch of a new state-of-the-art product development center in Chennai, India.
Located in at DLF IT Park, Nationstar’s India Product Development Center will play a key role in the company’s transformation to become the most customer-centric home loan company in the U.S.

The new facility was formally inaugurated by Mr. Bray alongside Nationstar Chief Information Officer Sridhar Sharma and Anand Mohanram, head of the India Product Development Center. With the launch of the new center, Nationstar plans to hire approximately 300 software engineers in 2016 and further expand to more than 500 employees in 2017.
“Our team in Chennai will focus on digital and mobile transformation, data analytics and automation of key business functions,” said Anand. “The India Product Development Center will be an open, collaborative environment consistent with Nationstar’s core values of being Champions for our customers, Challengers of convention and Cheerleaders for our team.”
