Kuttram Kadithal
The addiction towards honour, appreciation and an award for excellence is what keeps me going in search of scripts and films that attract attention says JSK of JSK Film corporation on the latest addition to his fully loaded bag of films of content titled ‘ Kuttram Kadithal’ .’ This film has abundance of creativity content and relatively lesser known names in the cast and crew list. ‘Kuttram kadithal’ has been nominated for the 14th Zimbabwe international film festival to be held from 4th of October to 11th of October. It is no co incidence that the film is also selected for the 16th edition of Mumbai film festival to be held from 14th October to 21st October on the ‘ New faces in the Indian cinema’ category… After “Aayiraththil Oruvan” and ‘Aranya kandam”, “Kuttram Kadithal’ is the next Tamil movie to be screened in Mumbai Film Festival. The recognition the films gets in these prestigious festivals infuses pride to the makers and ensures the marketing visibility which becomes mandatory ‘ beams JSK with pride and confidence. The young Debutant Director Bramma.G explains his title. ‘Kuttram kadithal’ means admonishing the guilty or punishment. It is a single day life of five different characters of the society and the influence they have over each other’s life. தரமான படங்களை தயாரித்து வெளியிடும் நிறுவனம் என்று எனது நிறுவனம் பெயர் வாங்க வேண்டும் என்பதே என்னுடைய தீவிரமான குறிக்கோள் என்று கூறுகிறார் தயாரிப்பாளர் ஜே எஸ் கே . அவரது நிறுவனமான ஜே எஸ் கே பிலிம் corporation அடுத்ததாக தயாரித்து வெளியிடும் ‘குற்றம் கடிதல்’ அவரது நிறுவனத்துக்கு மேலும் புகழ் பெற்று தரும் என நம்புகிறார். திறமையான இளைஞர்களின் சங்கமம் ஆக இருக்கும் ‘குற்றம் கடிதல்’ பட குழுவினருக்கு திரை உலகில் பெரும் வரவேற்பு இருக்கும் என்று நிச்சயமாக நம்புகிறேன்.முற்றிலும் புதியவர்கள் நடிக்கும் இந்த படம் தேசிய அளவில் மட்டுமின்றிசர்வதேச அளவிலும் பெயர் ஈட்டி தரும் என்பதில் ஐயமில்லை.14வது ஜிம்பாப்வே film festival ஜிம்பாப்பே நாட்டில் அக்டோபர் மாதம் 4ஆம் தேதி முதல் 11ஆம் தேதி வரை நடக்க உள்ள சர்வதேச திரை பட விழாவில் கலந்துக் கொள்ள தகுதி பெற்ற ‘குற்றம் கடிதல்’ மும்பையில் அக்டோபர் மாதம் 14ஆம் தேதி முதல் 21ஆம் தேதி வரை நடக்க உள்ள 16ஆவது திரைப்பட விழாவில் ‘இந்திய திரை அரங்கில் புதிய முகங்கள்’ என்ற தகுதியின் கீழ் திரையிடப்பட உள்ளது. தமிழ் படங்களில் ஆயிரத்தில் ஒருவன், ஆரண்யா காண்டம் அடுத்து குற்றம் கடிதல் தான் மும்பை film festival – ல் திரையிடப்பட உள்ளது.இந்த மாதிரியான திரைப்பட விழாக்களில் கிடைக்கும் அங்கீகாரம் , ஒரு திரை படத்தை ரசிகர்கள் மத்தியில் படத்தை பற்றிய ஒரு வலுவான கருத்து உருவாக பெரிதளவு உதவுகிறது, விளம்பரங்கள் மிக மிக அவசியம் என கருதப்படும் இந்த கால கட்டத்தில் இது பெருமளவுக்கு உதவும்.
‘குற்றம் கடிதல்’ படத்தின் அறிமுக இயக்குனர் பிரம்மா.G கூறும் போது ‘ கடிதல் என்றால் கண்டித்தல் அல்லது கடிந்து கொள்ளுதல் என பொருள். ஐந்து பல்வேறு வழக்கை தரத்தை சேர்ந்த மக்களின் ஒரு நாள் வாழ்கை , அந்த ஒரு நாளில் ஏற்படும் சம்பவம் , அதன் அடிப்படையில் அவர்களது வாழ்க்கையில் ஏற்படும் குழப்பங்களை சித்தரிக்கும் கதைதான் ‘குற்றம் கடிதல்’. என்னுடைய இந்த கருத்தை படமாக்க உதவிய எனது தயாரிப்பாளர் ஜே.எஸ்.கே அவரது நிறுவனமான ஜே.எஸ்.கே பிலிம் corporation மற்றும் கிரிஸ் pictures கிறிஸ்டி அவர்களுக்கும் நன்றி ‘ என கூறினார்.
