Lakshmi Ramakrishnan has roped in Aishwarya Rajesh and Ashok Selvan for her next directorial named “House Owner”. The critically acclaimed director says “House Owner” is a feel good family drama. Speaking on this, Lakshmi Ramakrishnan says, “I initially wanted to direct a movie on Chennai floods. Meanwhile, my daughter got engaged and I decided to do the movie after the wedding . While in Mumbai recently, i happened to watch a Hindi movie which impressed me very much. I approached the makers to buy the remake rights which didn’t happen. Nevertheless, the inspiration from the film left me writing another fresh script. It is about the challenges faced a young and beautiful couple when they decide to buy their dream home, told in a lighter vien. I am excited about Aishwarya Rajesh and Ashok Selvan playing the leads. More so as , Jomon T John; has shown interest to do the cinematography. We will start rolling, once everything else is finalized ”
அசோக் செல்வன் மற்றும் ஐஸ்வர்யா ராஜேஷ் இணையாக, லட்சுமி ராமகிருஷ்ணன் இயக்கத்தில் நடிக்கும் “House Owner”. தனது வித்தியாசமான படைப்புகளால் பெரிதும் பாராட்டப்படும் லட்சுமி ராமகிருஷ்ணன் தன் இயக்கத்தில் அடுத்து உருவாகும் ” ஹௌஸ் ஓனர்” ஒரு தரமான, குடும்பத்துடன் ரசிக்கும் படமாக இருக்கும் எனக் கூறினார். அவர் மேலும் கூறியதாவது ” நான் முதலில் சென்னையை பாதித்த வெள்ளத்தை பற்றிய படம் தான் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று இருந்தேன்.என் மகளுக்கு இந்த நேரத்தில் நிச்சயதார்த்தம் நடந்ததால் ,குறிப்பிடப் பட்ட அந்த படத்தை அவளது திருமணத்துக்கு பிறகு செய்யலாம் என்று விட்டு விட்டேன். இந்த நேரத்தில் சமீபத்தில் நான் மும்பைக்கு சென்று இருந்த போது ஒரு ஹிந்தி திரைப் படம் பார்க்க நேரிட்டது.அந்த படம் என்னை வெகுவாக கவர்ந்தது. அந்த படத்தை தமிழில் தயாரிக்கலாம் என்று முடிவு செய்து அந்த படத்தின் தயாரிப்பாளரை சந்தித்து கேட்டேன். சில பல காரணங்களால் அது நடக்கவில்லை. ஆனால் அந்த படம் பார்த்த பிறகு எனக்கு இருந்த ஒரு உந்துதலால் ஒரு புதிய கதையை எழுத ஆரம்பித்தேன். ஒரு அழகான , அன்பான இளைய தம்பதியினர் தங்களது கனவு இல்லத்தை வாங்க முயற்சிப்பது தான் படத்தின் மைய கருத்து. இதை நகைச்சுவை இழையோட மென்மையாக சொல்ல போகிறேன்.ஒளிப்பதிவாளர் ஜோனான் டி ஜான் ஒளிப்பதிவு செய்ய, அசோக் செல்வன் ஐஸ்வர்யா ராஜேஷ் என்கிற திறமையான கலைஞர்கள் நாயகன் நாயகியாக நடிக்க இருக்கும் ” ஹௌஸ் ஓனர்,” விரைவில் துவங்க உள்ளது” என்றார்.
