Warm greetings from RITZ, South India’s Premier Lifestyle Magazine. The prestigious Audi RITZ Icon Awards ceremony in association with TIMES NOW is back! The Awards ceremony, which honours the most elusive and inspiring icons from different fields on a national platform, is in its fifth edition this year. Presented by Radiance Realty and Powered by Bols and in association with Sathyabama University, the RITZ Awards are an ultra glamorous affair this year.

The ceremony is scheduled to take place in Chennai on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 7 PM at Hotel Westin Chennai. Being the fifth edition of our annual extravaganza, the Audi RITZ Icon Awards 2013 will see the coming together of a premium selection of the most sought-after film stars, social activists, diplomats, bureaucrats, well-known industrialists, reputed opinion-makers, and other luminaries from across South India.

This year, the array of winners is spectacular and remarkable. A galaxy of stars like Hansika Motwani, Amala Paul, Vishal, Vijay Sethupathy, Amy Jackson, Madhavan, Yami Gautam, Harris Jayaraj, Devi Sri Prasad, Mamta Mohandas, Santosh Sivan, Kannad stars Aindrita Ray, Diganth Manchale and many others are part of the ceremony. For the first time ever in South India, RITZ is inviting the parents of Nirbhaya (the Delhi gang rape victim), whose plight and consequent death sparked huge national and international outrage, to be part of the event and share their experiences. Through this we hope to make more women aware of the ever-present dangers and to equip them to be more sensitive and considerate to victims.
