Actor Jai who hit the bullseye with ‘Balloon’ is all set to go bigger with his next release ‘Jarugandi’ directed by Venkat Prabhu’s long term associate Pichumani. It is a well know trivia that actor Nitin Sathyaa is the producer of this interestingly titled flick. Badri Kasturi is the co producer of ‘Jarugandi’.
The first look of ‘Jarugandi’ was launched yesterday by director A R Murugadoss who has a fan following all over the country breaking the linguistic barriers. This in fact had given major boost to the film in terms of wide and deep reach.
“A R Murugadoss is always known to support quality contents and iam sure our film will fit into the bill perfectly. We are in the verge of completing film. 90 % of the film’s shoot is over. As a producer i attach lot of pride and honour in associating with a film like ‘Jarugandi’, says the producer Nithin Sathya with pride.
Reba Monica John plays Jai’s pair in ‘Jarugandi’. Robo Shankar, Danny Arun, Jayakumar, Bose Venkat and Ilavarasu play important supporting characters in the movie. Cinematography of ‘Jarugandi’ is done by RD Rajasekar, music by Bobo Shashi, editing by Praveen KL, art direction by Remiyan and Stunt choreography by Don Ashok.
‘பலூன்’ படத்தின் மூலம் வெற்றியை சுவைத்துள்ள ஜெய்யின் அடுத்த படமான ‘ஜருகண்டி’ படத்தை வெங்கட் பிரபுவின் முன்னாள் இணை இயக்குனர் பிச்சுமணி இயக்கிவருகிறார். இப்படத்தின் தயாரிப்பாளர் பிரபல நடிகர் நிதின் சத்யா மற்றும் பத்ரி கஸ்துரி என்பது அனைவரும் அறிந்ததே.
‘ஜருகண்டி’ படத்தின் பர்ஸ்ட் லுக் போஸ்டர் நேற்று, இந்திய முழுவதும் மொழி எல்லைகளை தாண்டி தனக்கென ரசிகர்களை பெற்றிருக்கும் பிரபல இயக்குனர் A R முருகதாஸ் அவர்களால் ரிலீஸ் செய்யப்பட்டது. நல்ல சினிமாவை என்றுமே ஊக்குவிப்பவர் அவர் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. அவரது இந்த ஆதரவு இப்படத்திற்கு பெரும் பலமாக அமைவது நிச்சயம்.

இப்படத்தின் ஜெய்க்கு ஜோடியாக ரேபா மோனிகா ஜான் நடிக்கின்றார். ரோபோ ஷங்கர், டேனி அருண், ஜெயக்குமார், போஸ் வெங்கட் மற்றும் இளவரசு ஆகியோர் முக்கிய துணை கதாபாத்திரங்களில் நடித்துள்ளனர். RD ராஜசேகரின் ஒளிப்பதிவில் , போபோ சஷியின் இசையில் , பிரவீன் KL படத்தொகுப்பில் , ரேமியன் கலை இயக்கத்தில், டான் அசோக்கின் ஸ்டண்ட் இயக்கத்தில் ‘ஜருகண்டி’ வருகின்றது.
